The ice cream and cafe are of good quality, the operators are friendly and personable. But a certain waitress just has no idea what she is doing. I always had to either wait a long time with her if I wanted to order something at the beginning or wanted to pay in the end, which was also almost half an hour most of the time. One of them is guaranteed to happen every time. Something like that does not come across well at all with German customers and they would also show less patience there. Something like that destroys the reputation of such a beautiful restaurant, both financially and in terms of character, towards customers.
